It has finally cooled off

It has been so hot and humid this past week, that I have just felt horrible. It has finally cooled off, and is drier and breezy today and I have felt so wonderful.I have been making slow but steady progress on my Memorial Sampler. Here it is this week
I have decided on the fabric and threads for my next project. I am going to stitch this for my son and his wife for their anniversary. I posted about it last time and want to personalize it with my son and his wife's names, dates, initials; however the designer has not provided a alphabet to do this. Hopefully I can find something suitable. Here it is again, with the DMC threads and 36ct cream linen fabric I will stitch it on.
I will leave you with some pictures of the flowers on my deck. They have just thrived and grown in this heat & humidity we have had. Enjoy the pretties, and have a good week.

I look forward to stitching A Sweeter Love with you. Beautiful fabric and floss choice!
